曼彻斯特商学院，即曼彻斯特大学工商管理学院，始建于1918年，最初名为工业管理系，2004年正式更名为曼彻斯特商学院。2015年9月，因收到Alliance勋爵和其家族信托基金的捐赠，曼彻斯特商学院英文名称改为Alliance Manchester Business School。 曼彻斯特商学院属于曼彻斯特大学人文学院，可授予哲学博士学位（分全日制和非全日制）、工商管理博士学位（非全日制DBA）、工商管理硕士学位（分全日制、非全日制EMBA和混合式学习）、若干专业硕士专业和本科学位专业。根据2008年《金融时报》，曼彻斯特商学院的MBA专业的排名领先于众多全球顶尖精英商学院，包括沃顿商学院、哈佛商学院、斯坦福大学研究生商学院、麻省理工学院史龙管理学院、欧洲工商管理学院、伦敦商学院、牛津大学赛德商学院、剑桥大学佳奇商学院。曼彻斯特商学院颇具盛名的博士专业（授予哲学博士和工商管理博士，每年平均录取率为7-9%）排在世界第一位。
