Recommendation Letter: Your references need to submit their letters of recommendation through the official Graduate School (Apply Yourself) website. While filling out your application, you will be asked to submit the names of at least three references. They will be contacted by the Graduate School. Letters and documents mailed/emailed to the department will no longer be accepted with the exception of the GTA application. List of All Mathematics/Statistics Classes: A list of all mathematics/statistics classes (undergraduate or graduate-level) that you have passed (where, when, with what grade).
