Transcript: Academic transcripts Do not send original documents. These will not be returned. Provide a certified copy of your transcript as soon as it is available. Transcripts can be certified at a Student Centre, by an approved UQ agent, or by other appropriate parties. If you are waiting for a transcript or your current results, you can submit your application with a note stating when your transcript is likely to be available. Forward a certified copy of your transcript as soon as you receive it. When you forward your transcript, please clearly mark it with your UQ student number (if known), family name, first name, date of birth, and the UQ program you have applied for. Please also state that you have already submitted an application.
